Holistic Harmonies

Holistic Harmonies brought music to nursing home residents and other older people in Cavan. Designed to uplift and feed the soul using local musicians this initiative was been extended to deliver sessions in our local libraries. Older people may attend who are either in a nursing home or still living in the community and light refreshments will be served. Delivered in partnership with Creative Cavan, Cavan Arts and Cavan Age Friendly.

A wide range of music including drumming, song and choir provided a range of music and the feedback was amazing!
